Frankie is such a wonderful person, she makes you feel comfortable and free to open up and that’s an essential skill. She is great at organising a routine that can fit every practice that you want to incorporate in your daily routine, always greets you with a big smile and that’s the best way to start your healing journey.
Frankie is an amazing Coach, she makes you feel at ease straight away and you can completely open up to and very helps you look at different areas in your life that can be difficult from a different prospective, she’s helped me so much with routines and my work life balance which I struggled with but with the help of taking a step back and unpicking everything Frankie made me feel less chaotic, she’s always puts a smile on your face and gives you a boost of positive energy! She’s amazing.
I initially reached out to Frankie last summer after a friend’s recommendation, with the view to hiring her as a PT. I was going through a bit of a rough patch at work and engaging my brain to get me to eat well and get to the gym wasn’t working. But I knew after my initial consultation that she was more than just a PT. After working with Frankie for 4 months now she has definitely been more my therapist than PT but I can now say I am pretty much back to my old self…and back at the gym! (So now I shall continue with her as originally intended! 🤣) She is so knowledgeable and has the best way of getting things across while making you feel at ease. And she just has the most beautiful soul. I’m now so optimistic about what I can achieve this year and wouldn’t feel this way without her inspiration and encouragement. Highly recommend! 👍🏼
